Upcoming temporary closure of Dalton Square

In order to allow essential maintenance work to take place safely, our Dalton Square site will be closed to patients between Monday 10 November and Friday 14 November.

Appointments will not be available at Dalton Square during this time and will be offered at alternative sites nearby.

Additionally, patients will not be able to drop prescription slips off at Dalton Square while it is closed. We request that prescription requests are made via the NHS App, or dropped off at an alternative site.

We are also unable to accept samples at Dalton Square during this time – they should also be taken to another site.

We encourage patients to contact us online via Patchs or by phone (01524 238150) to make requests, instead of visiting reception at Dalton Square. Patients are welcome to visit reception at any other sites during the week if needed.

Dalton Square is planned to reopen on Monday 17 November.

We appreciate this may cause some temporary inconvenience for patients. We do not take decisions to close our sites unless it is absolutely necessary, and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
