Appointments during the COVID-19 Pandemic

We would like to continue to thank all our patients who have been so understanding with us during the COVID-19 pandemic, whilst we have made changes to our appointments to continue to provide care to all.

As part of our ‘Living With COVID’ strategy, all of our sites are now open to all patients, meaning we are no longer separating those with COVID-19 symptoms.

We know that some of our patients will have concerns about this decision – COVID-19 has not gone away and the safety of our patients continues to be our number one priority. This is why all of our staff will continue to wear the necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and all patients entering one of our buildings must wear a face covering (unless exempt).

We are also introducing designated areas within our waiting rooms for vulnerable individuals to be seated away from others. Please ask at reception if you would like to use this space. You are also welcome to wait outside before your appointment if you wish.

Anyone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 should use the intercom when arriving and follow the instructions of the practice staff.

Thank you for your continued patience and support.
