How to Contact the Practice

Contact us online

There is a new way to contact us online called PATCHS.

You can contact us online for medical purposes to request help and advice for any symptoms you are having, or administrative purposes to request documentation, such as a medical report or fit note. Some patients find this method of contact more convenient than telephoning or visiting the practice.

It is easy to contact the practice online and saves you time. On Patchs, you will only have to answer a few simple free text questions covering the details of your request. We will then contact you to discuss the most appropriate next steps.

In order to use Patchs to contact us online, you will need to sign up and make an account. Sign up is a simple and quick process and creation of an account means you can view all text, email and online communications in one place.

Contact us online using Patchs.

Non-urgent advice: When We Are Closed

If you need to see a Doctor when the surgery is closed please telephone 111

During the out of hours period call NHS 111 for assessment and advice. If your condition requires further treatment they will identify the most appropriate local service to meet your need and either direct you to the service or pass your assessment details directly on to it. This includes the local GP Out of Hours Service, Bay Urgent Care.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
