We appreciate that your patient experience starts from the moment you need to contact us, and we are always trying to improve how patients contact the practice, despite being faced with increasing demand.
Within the past year, we have changed the way we manage telephone calls and introduced a new online form in response to patient feedback, and now we would like to understand your views on making contact with the practice once again.
Your feedback is extremely important – the purpose of the survey is to help us to understand your views and experiences of our current contact methods and to identify any areas that could be improved.
You can let us know your thoughts by:
- Populating the survey online, or
- Filling in a paper copy of the survey at any of our practice sites and handing it to a member of the reception team.
