Upcoming telephone upgrade work

To ensure our telephone infrastructure remains reliable, an essential upgrade of our telephone lines is taking place on the morning of Thursday 3 August.

The timing of the upgrade work is outside of our control and the contractor has confirmed that it must happen during normal working hours. It is planned to take place between 8am and 11:59am on Thursday.

While this work is ongoing, some callers may encounter an engaged tone when calling the practice, but this is only likely to happen for a few minutes or less.

Should you need to contact the practice on Thursday morning and you encounter an engaged tone, please be advised that this will be very short term and call us back several minutes later. Patients are also reminded that they can also use a Patchs online form to contact us with non-urgent queries.
