Flu Vaccination Clinic Monday 31st January
We have a flu vaccination clinic on Monday 31st January from 18:30 – 20:00 at Rosebank surgery.
If you’re eligible and have not yet had your flu jab yet this winter, we urge you to do so. We will be sending invitations by text – you can book an appointment by clicking the link in the text. Alternatively, you can call the practice on 01524 842200 and choose option 3 when prompted.
More people are likely to get flu this winter as fewer people will have built up natural immunity to it during the COVID-19 pandemic; and if you get flu and COVID-19 at the same time, research shows you’re more likely to be seriously ill.
Flu vaccinations are also available at our COVID-19 vaccination clinics. If you have booked an appointment then you will be able to request a flu jab when you arrive. Flu vaccinations are also available to those without an appointment if you are eligible, but this is subject to availability and how busy the clinic is.

Eligible for the flu vaccination this year are those:
- aged 50 and over (by 31 March 2022)
- who have certain long term health conditions
- who are pregnant
- who are in long-stay residential care
- who receive a carers allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
