You can book your 1st, 2nd or booster vaccination at these clinics by following the link in the text you have received.

You should not arrive more than 5 minutes before your appointment time

We are also accepting walk-ins at these clinics. Please be advised, however, that we do expect these clinics to be very busy and there may be a short wait. Our staff work as fast as they can to ensure that you can receive your vaccine in a timely manner.

We can only give 2nd doses from at least 8 weeks after your 1st vaccination. Additionally, it is highly recommended that you receive your 2nd vaccination between 8 and 12 weeks from your first – as this gives you the best protection against COVID-19.

We are also offering the flu vaccination at these clinics. If you have booked an appointment via the text message you received then you will be able to request a flu jab when you arrive. Flu vaccinations are available to walk-ins if you are eligible, but this is also subject to availability and how busy the clinic is. Those eligible for the flu vaccination are those who:

  • are 50 and over (including those who’ll be 50 by 31 March 2022)
  • have certain health conditions
  • are pregnant
  • are in long-stay residential care
  • receive a carer’s allowance, or are the main carer for an older or disabled person who may be at risk if you get sick
  • live with someone who is more likely to get infections (such as someone who has HIV, has had a transplant or is having certain treatments for cancer, lupus or rheumatoid arthritis)
  • frontline health or social care workers
  • children aged 2 or 3 years on 31 August 2021 (born between 1 September 2017 and 31 August 2019)

We now have clinics running at Lower Ground Lancaster University Student Union space accessed on the rear of the library via Library Avenue, located on the main Lancaster University campus. Shown below:
